Wet and Hilly!!

Today, Monday June 3rd at 5:30pm, the RAD RUN Class meet at the Marshall Area YMCA and then run to Independence Park for some Hill and Water Training.  So get on some old running shoes and clothes and come join us for wet and hilly time.
Tomorrow we are having our Obstacle Training "Fun" Day.  Starting again at the Y and then making our way back to Independence Park for some playground work.  So come and have some Training Fun.

Going Outside In The Grass...Rain or Shine!!

The RAD RUN CLASS is Going outside Rain or Shine.
Starting This Tuesday Class we will be outside the Y.
We are going to be doing GRASS DRILLS and OBSTACLE TRAINING .
Next Monday we are going to Independence Park from the Y.
Then we will be running and crawling up and down the Sledding Hill.
So Wear Some Old Running Shoes and Old Running Clothes.
It is not too late to Train for the RAD RUN!!
